One of the most famous stories is the “Miracle of the Roses”:

She was secretly bringing bread to the poor under her cloak. When someone stopped her and demanded she show what she was hiding, the bread turned into roses~ Isn’t that so tender and magical? 🥹🌹

She passed away young, at just 24 years old, but was canonized only four years later—which was really fast. People across Europe admired her selflessness and saintly life.
